NetSuite integration
Collecta integrates with Oracle NetSuite using SuiteQL queries and the REST API, authenticated with OAuth2 machine-to-machine JWT. You generate a keypair inside Collecta, upload the certificate to NetSuite, and choose which record types to sync into modules. From there your operations team works the data with custom fields, automations and the built-in AI agent.
Capabilities
Sync NetSuite records with SuiteQL and REST.
Query NetSuite over SuiteQL and pull records through the REST API
Authenticate with OAuth2 machine-to-machine using a signed JWT
Generate a keypair in-app and upload the certificate to NetSuite
Select which NetSuite record types map to Collecta modules
Schedule syncs from five-minute through daily refresh intervals
Connection secrets encrypted with AES-256-GCM and scoped per tenant
How it works with Collecta
From NetSuite to live operations.
01
Connect
Add the connector, authenticate, and Collecta validates the link — credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and isolated per tenant.
02
Map to a module
Each entity, topic or device maps to a Collecta module. Fields become typed custom fields with permissions, validation and visibility rules.
03
Operate
Run automations, approvals, alerts and reports on the synced data — and query it all with the Claude-powered AI agent.
Synced data lives in the same multi-tenant workspace as your custom fields, automations and AI agent · config encrypted with AES-256-GCM · five-minute to daily intervals.
FAQ
NetSuite, answered.
Collecta uses OAuth2 machine-to-machine authentication with a signed JWT. You generate a keypair inside Collecta, then upload the public certificate to NetSuite to authorize the connection.
The connector uses SuiteQL queries together with the NetSuite REST API to read records, then maps the selected record types into Collecta modules.
Yes. When configuring the connector you select which NetSuite record types to sync, and each becomes a Collecta module you can extend and automate.
Connect NetSuite to Collecta.
